Kowloon Jacyees was formed and then-existing members of Hong Kong Junior Chamber of Commerce later called themselves Victoria Jaycees. Hong Kong Junior Chamber

Hong Kong Junior Chamber of Commerce organized the “Miss Hong Kong – 1965” contest, as a major effort to raise fund for that year’s projects.
